The Threads That Hold 60-hour Coaching Program is a structured, ethical coaching certification for aspiring coaches, HR leaders, and helping professionals.
Ideal for those with graduate training, existing credentials, or a professional endorsement. Learners build core coaching skills, ethical fluency, communication mastery, model proficiency, assessment integration, and business readiness through a fully online, self‑paced 12‑week program.
Introduction to Professional Coaching is a no‑cost, 30-minute interactive learning experience designed to help learners understand the foundations of coaching as a distinct professional practice.
Through short lessons, scenario‑based activities, reflection prompts, and multimedia resources, participants will explore what coaching is (and isn’t), why clear distinctions matter, how coaching adds value across industries, and how values and ethics shape effective practice. The course culminates in a readiness check, guiding learners to assess their alignment with coaching competencies and ethical standards.
Holding Space and Grace is a free, virtual gathering for coaches and professionals who want a space to explore both the practice and the reality of coaching.
Whether you're building a coaching business or integrating coaching into your professional practice, the practice of coaching comes with real questions.
How do I continue developing as a coach? How do I grow my impact? How do I build my client base? How do I navigate the challenges that come with this work?
Each month, coaches, professionals, and occasional guest speakers come together to share challenges, exchange perspectives, and explore topics that support more meaningful conversations, stronger professional practice, and continued growth.

A Place to Keep Growing as a Coach
Coaching doesn't end when the training does. The work continues in the questions we ask, the conversations we navigate, the moments that challenge us, and the ways we continue to grow as practitioners and professionals.
Holding Space and Grace: A Coaching Community is a virtual professional community for coaches and professionals who want to deepen their practice, expand their perspective, and connect with others who value authentic, reflective growth.
Through monthly a dedicated platform, conversations, group coaching, professional learning, and community connection, members have space to slow down, challenge assumptions, practice new approaches, and learn from one another.

Between the Threads is where I get to share some of our journey.
The lessons I’ve learned. The mistakes I’ve made. What building a company continues to teach me. The conversations I can’t forget. The people who shifted how I see the world.
Some of these stories will be about leadership and coaching. Some won’t, but they’ll be honest, sometimes uncomfortable, and hopefully useful. Behind every organization, every coach, every leader, and every conversation is a person, and that’s the part I’m most interested in exploring. The pieces that hold us together.
Practical, participatory learning experiences designed around your people, goals, and organizational challenges.
Threads That Hold partners with organizations to deliver facilitated professional development, leadership and communication workshops, and customized learning experiences that move beyond information to reflection, practice, conversation, and application.
Offerings include:
-
Virtual Lunch & Learns: Focused sessions on coaching conversations, feedback, trust, communication, psychological safety, change, and collaboration.
-
Half-Day & Full-Day Workshops: Interactive experiences focused on leadership development, coaching skills, communication, teamwork, feedback, and learning & development.
-
Customized Learning Experience Design: From onboarding and mentoring to leadership development, train-the-trainer, microlearning, and learning ecosystems.
Our approach is grounded in three principles: learning should be active, development should be relevant, and better conversations create better outcomes.
