Meet the Founder
Threads That Hold, LLC was born from the belief that real change begins within.
That belief isn’t theoretical for me, it’s lived. I became a mother at 18, the first in my family to go to college, and later was the primary caregiver for my older brother (who will forever be my hero) until his passing in 2022 at the young age of 49. Supporting each other through life’s hardest moments shaped us both. In 2023, I faced stage 3 breast cancer and not only survived but was energized!
Every chapter of my life has taught me the same lesson: growth is possible, even in the hardest seasons, when someone believes in your capacity to rise.
For this I thank my family, and most assuredly, my husband of 30 years (my high school sweetheart). For more than 24 years, I have built a career in learning and development, designing national certification programs, leading leadership development for 165,000 members, coaching teams through change, and helping organizations grow through people. Across every role, one truth kept emerging: coaching is the thread that holds people together when everything else feels uncertain. Coaching isn’t just a profession. It’s a way of seeing people, their potential, their resilience, their ability to rewrite their story. It’s the work that helped me rewrite mine. I founded Threads That Hold, LLC to create the kind of learning space I wish more people had access to: one that is ethical, inclusive, research grounded, and deeply human. A space where learners feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow into the kind of coaches who help others transform their lives. Every program I design is shaped by the experiences that shaped me, the grit of young motherhood, the determination of a first generation college graduate, the mutual care shared with my brother, the clarity that comes from surviving cancer, and the unwavering belief that people can change when they choose to begin with themselves.
